Doing the merit list of distribution of Vaccines- is something that entitled communities need to determine so that they can impact lives of those impacted 

Ethics and Accountability possibly lies in distribution of vaccines-healthcare is not a watch history- bystander effect. When you protect someone/community if they are on lifeguard you either go all in -or you don't get included. 

When you're taking care of a crying baby-you either do all you can to make them from not crying or you ask for help. You don't watch a baby cry and then keep learning about the babies syndromes, and then keep commenting on a baby's psychology. You either go all in to treat a  baby with a low stimulus reflex syndrome-or you stay away.

Distribution of vaccine/ better jobs for middle-class/ effective national pharmacare-- is very distinctly uniquely different from being a learner listening to COVID cases, talking of COVID cases- watching COVID subjects /actors on mute.

Real Teams come out with actions results. When you walk in a room- you go all in- play the game hard- when it comes to treatment, sustainable development goals, international development goals-administration is important as much as knowledge of the administrative process.
