Immigration and Effects on Real Estate

Political Forces definitely have a role to play in shaping government responses. The Covid has created a shock in the economy. More quarantines, more lapses on non-essential travel, more systemic changes in ways one looked at the normal is throwing the humor out of situations. Should immigration-expand the real estate market(s). What would really happen to the million $ homes-that are purchased by wealthy immigrants. Can the real estate markets revive.




The biggest gamechanger-Forgiveness of Students Loans through Volunteer Work

That can actually boost the economy. In the neighbouring US Biden administration have also forgiven the Student Loan Program-and isn't that a great sign. Let's support Resolutions 3186, Resolution 3112, and Resolution #3123
