The Royal Family also plays an important role in supporting and encouraging the public and charity sectors. About 3,000 organisations list a member of the Royal Family as patron or president. A beautiful piece on what happens when men are part of a conspiracy plot-they become invisible-mentally depressed- and women the visible minority at work- navigate them

Moral Choices of Sarah Knight- choices she made to protect her time, her energy, her money, her gender health-and then she quit her job-She moved from New York-such a brave story.
What is Visible Minority
Visible Minority is a team used for people who identify themselves as Arab, Black, Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Latin American, South Asian (East Indian, from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South East Asian(Vietnamese, Cambodian, Thai), West Asian (Iranian, Afghan)
Note1: The term visible minority is used in Canadian Legislation including 'EMPLOYMENT EEQUITY ACT'
Organizations today need to support 'gender parity' and 'gender parity' as defined by 'Diversity Institute' is firmly rooted in having each gender represented equally-which also additionally means-having understood principles of 'gender equality' that's clearly addressed in understanding principles of 'gender equality'.
P.S: Violence against women-and their allies (in males) is a shameful reality in Europe, America and rest of world. A white ribbon challenge is a challenge that educates allies of women-refer our documentaries that we shared to be part of the dialogue.
Race, Gender Equality, and Diversity, Inclusion (Institutes) state that violence including intimate violence-gender based violence especially happens amongst many social sectors, charitable sectors, as well as misleading funds (and it could also happen) in private sector-especially for women who cannot afford their basic tools-are not graduates-and even better have not had any regional, national-and international exposure. It can happen with visible minroities but also with European -White American cultural talent (especially in film, movies and entertainment industries)-and that's exactly the reason why Gender Equality dialogues are progressive dialogues calling out on improving progressive democracy.
Special Note: Brittney Lewis from Hollywood, Natasha Prince (17 years age) are all models who were assualted and faced sexual violence. No person is safe, until everyone is safe. That applies to women of color, visible minorities as well as women in show business. Sorry for survivors of sexual assualt.
